Harold Loney was a UK fan from Liverpool active in the 1940s and 1950s. He was a member of the British Fantasy Library (BFL), the Science Fantasy Society (SFS), the Weird Tales Club and the N3F.
He does not appear in Ron Bennett's Directory of Science Fiction Fandom for 1955.
