DeepSouthCon 28 was held June 7-10, 1990 in Chattanooga, TN. Chairman: Ken Cobb. GoH: Bob Shaw, FGoH: Bryan Webb, Artist GoH: Darrell K. Sweet, Special Guest: Raymond Feist. The Toastmaster was Forrest J Ackerman.

Charlotte Proctor won the Rebel Award and Wilson Tucker won the Phoenix Award. The Rubble Award went to Irv Koch.
