Cymrucon 3 was held Nov 26-27, 1983 at the Central Hotel in Cardiff, Wales. The GoH was John Brunner.
It was reported in Ansible that there was some sort of feud associated with this convention with the committee reporting that Hugh Mascetti was spreading false rumors of the convention's cancellation
