Conestoga 8

Conestoga 8 was a convention held July 16-18, 2004 at the Sheraton Tulsa in Tulsa, OK. GoHs: Eric Flint, Artist GoH Darrell K. Sweet, and Fan Guests of Honor Curtis Berry & Marilyn Berry. The con chair was Tim Frayser and the toastmaster was Walter Jon Williams. The play was Dorks of the Ring. Charity activities during the convention benefited the Animal Rescue Foundation.

The second year of the film festival gathered movies from all over the world. Suzette Haden Elgin held a workshop on the Gentle Art of Verbal Self-Defense.
