ConDor XXIII was held February 26-28, 2016 at the Town and Country Resort in San Diego, CA. The GoHs were David Gerrold, D. C. Fontana, Bjo Trimble, and John Trimble.

The theme was "Celebrating 50 Years of Trek!"
