Con*Stellation VIII: Cetus was a convention held October 13-15, 1989 at the Sheraton (University Drive) in Huntsville, AL. Gary K. Wolfe was GoH, Debbie Hughes was Artist GoH, an d Mark Paulk was Fan GoH.
It was chaired by Nelda Kennedy and Karl Sackett. George Alec Effinger was MC.
