C/RAPA

C/RAPA, the Cascade Regional Amateur Press Association (aka Cascade/Rockies APA, Cascade Regional APA and CRAPA) was founded in February 1978 by Denys Howard.

There was also a C/RAPA Jr. apa which is presumably related. Ig and eventually merged with APA-π to form CRapa-pi.
