C. F. Allen was a UK fan from Hounslow in west London active in the 1940s and 1950s. He was a member of the Science Fantasy Society (SFS) and the N3F, and attended the Loncon of 1949.
He was reported as joining the SFS in the May/June 1949 edition of Science Fantasy News, just after Loncon, and appears on the N3F roster in the The National Fantasy Fan for April 1952.
He does not appear in the Directory of Science Fiction Fandom for 1955.
