C. E. Fisher was a UK fan from Reading active in the 1940s. He was a member of the Science Fantasy Society (SFS).
Another victim of inconsistent typing, Science Fantasy News refers to him once as C. E and once as C. R. He does not appear in the Directory of Science Fiction Fandom for 1955 under eitehr variant.
