Bubonicon 23

Bubonicon 23 was a convention held August 23-25, 1991 at the Four Seasons Inn in Albuquerque, NM. The GoHs were Simon Hawke and Artist GoH Alan Gutierrez. The toastmaster was Arlan Andrews, Sr.. This was Roy Tackett's final time as Green Slime Master.
