Arthur Harris was a UK fan from Leeds active in the 1940s. He attended Norcon II over New Year 1944–5 with (presumably) his wife, Miriam Harris. We know no more about them. Notably given they were seemingly from Leeds, the home city of J. Michael Rosenblum, they are not mentioned in Futurian War Digest.
