4M was a fanzine published by Roger Jones, Trevor Jones and George P. Townsend in the UK. It was the subject of some curiosity at the time as while it was nicely laid out and with obvious ambition, none of the editors or the contributors were previously known in fandom[1]. An editorial in #3 revealed plans to pay contributors, adding the subscription rates would rise, but there were no subsequent issues.
Trevor Jones and Townsend would return in the 1980s with small press magazine Dream, later renamed New Moon.
