Editor?

We have issue #9 of this fanzine (spring 1988) in one of our collections, and Arlan Andrews' name doesn't appear on it anywhere. The editor is given as A.E. Ubelhor. Does anyone know when/if he stopped editing it? Thanks DelphiPsmith (talk) 10:19, 13 April 2022 (PDT)
