Initiative Incorporated

Initiative Incorporated was a limited circulation fanzine edited by Vin¢ Clarke (#1 and #2) and John Roles and Norman Shorrock (#3). It was described by Eric Bentcliffe in Space Times v2#4 (April 1953) as
a circular addressed to the folk who do things in British Fandom. The object of I.Inc. was to air and settle the grievances about who should hold the two-day conventions in the years to come, and what system of voting or rota should be used. Unfortunately, due to the fact that no two people could agree on any one thing, I.Inc. was a failure.
The term 'An Initiative Incorporated Publication' was later for the Operation Splash fanzine produced by Clarke and Dave Newman in April 1954.
