Fantasy War Bulletin was a fanzine published by C. S. Youd in the UK, and nicknamed Warbul. It was a replacement for The Fantast according to Don Wollheim in Science Fiction Progress although Youd himself described it as an irregular supplement (in #4) and The Fantast would resume publication in 1940.
In Futurian War Digest #4 editor J. Michael Rosenblum said:
Owing to the numerous objections levelled at the political and ethical rather than fantastic tone of Fantasy War Bulletin, C. S. Youd has decided to withdraw it from publication with Futurian War Digest. He wishes to remind readers that there is still a possibility of Fantast itself reappearing.
Nevertheless, the final issue of Fantasy War Bulletin did appear bound with Futurian War Digest #5.
