The DripCon was a hoax bid by Chad Oliver at the Nolacon in 1951 for Dripping Springs, TX.
Science Fiction Newscope #13 reported that
Although Chad Oliver distributed cards for "The DripCon" (Dripping Springs, Texas), he didn't bid for it.
