Necon 16 was a convention held in 1996 at Roger Williams University near Providence, RI. The GoHs were Nancy Holder, Joe R. Lansdale, and Doug Beekman. The toastmaster was Elizabeth Massie, the Roastee was [[ Jill Bauman]], the Necon Legend was Les Daniels, and it was chaired by Patty Anderson and Dan Booth.
