A 1960's era Baton Rouge, LA based fan.  Later living in Colorado and New Mexico.

Editor and publisher of the fanzines ERB-dom (winner of the 1966 Best Fanzine Hugo), The Fantasy Collector (after 1968), and Pulpdom.

He has published books as Opar Press and Rendezvous Books over the years.
