Dave Rowley was a UK fan from Stoke-on-Trent active in the 1970s and 1980s. He was a member of the Stoke-on-Trent SF Society (SotSFS), the Solihull SF Group and of APA-B. He co-edited the fanzine Sic Biscuit Disintegraaf with his then-wife, Joy Hibbert.
