Jack J. 'Jock' Curle was a science fiction editor at Grayson and Grayson in the 1950s[1] in which role he was presumably responsible for publishing the UK editions of Adventures in Time and Space, I, Robot and other notable anthologies. He attended the Coroncon of 1953 and occasionally wrote for fanzines.
