John Harvey is a British fanzine fan and conrunner who found fandom in 1973. He was one of the organisers of the last three Mexicons, ran several Rubicons and helped organize Precursor. He was on the committees of Skycon, Corflu 32, and Seacon 03. He was a founding member of the Leeds University SF Society and ran the club for a couple of years. He was very active in BSFA in the late 1970s and early '80s.
He was married to fellow fan Eve Harvey. They moved to France in 2013.
