You are probably looking for Fido, the nickname of Futurian War Digest, but in case not...
Fido was a fanzine published by Al Weinstein of New York City. In Futurian War Digest #36 (August 1944), editor J. Michael Rosenblum noted its publication "with disapproval", describing it as "a heckling parody" of Russ Wilsey's Felix. Rosenblum's response was likely more at Weinstein appropriating the long-standing nickname of Futurian War Digest.
