J. Mowel Jones was a UK fan from Aberystwyth active in the 1940s. He was a member of the British Fantasy Society (BFS).
Jones joined the BFS in January 1944 as British Fantasy Society Bulletin editor D. R. Smith was excitedly anticipating member 100. He is listed in the Directory of Anglo-Fandom of 1945 but not in later iterations.
