Norman Austin Lazenby was a UK fan and more notably pro from Gateshead primarily active in the 1940s and 1950s with four more stories from 1960 to 1999. He was a member of the British Fantasy Society (BFS).

Lazenby joined the BFS in September 1944. Professionally, he published one novel, one collection and and 25 short stories, some under pseudonyms. According to The Encyclopedia of Science Fiction he was very prolific as an author of Westerns and detective novels

He is listed in the Directory of Anglo-Fandom of 1945 but does not feature in later directories.
