Joan Lane was a UK fan from Manchester active in the 1940s. She was a member of the British Fantasy Society and a reader of Futurian War Digest, helping to duplicate #34.
She is listed in the Directory of Anglo-Fandom of 1945 but not in later directories.
She was the sister of Ron Lane.
