British Fantasy Library Handbook

The British Fantasy Library Handbook was (probably) a one-shot publication produced by Ron Holmes for the British Fantasy Library (BFL). According to the British Fanzine Bibliography it was produced in Winter 1947 and ran to 16 half-foolscap pages. It's possible there were earlier or later editions as well.
