Victor Jason Raymond is a convention fan and fanzine fan living in Madison, WI. He chaired WisCon 28 and WisCon 36 and was on the Exec of Minicon 28 and Minicon 33. He has been president of Minn-Stf and was a founder of the Carl Brandon Society.

He has been OE of Stipple-APA.

He formerly lived in the Minneapolis area and Des Moines, IA. A sociologist, he has described himself as a “bisexual Sioux/Scottish man.”
