SECCON

SECCON was a convention held May 28-30, 1999 at the Hertford Park Hotel in Stevenage, UK. The GoH was Stephen Baxter. It was chaired by Bridget Bradshaw and Simon Bradshaw, who caused much amusement at the closing ceremony with his remark, "I'd like to spank Stephen Baxter ..."

The Oxford University Speculative Fiction Group put on a repeat performance of Fundament!, a fannish musical of the Foundation Trilogy.
