Denice M. Brown (née Hudspeth, sometimes called Neicer) has been a Detroit fan since the 1970s. She was a member of the W3F and of the Detroit in '85 NASFiC bid.

She belonged to MiSHAP and served as OE, including a term jointly with Brian Earl Brown, whom she later married. They pubbed Rainy Day Three-Shot and Rats on Fire. They produced a daughter, Sarah, too.

Denice is a retired nurse.
