(March 9, 1920 – October 9, 1991)

Henry Andrew Ackermann or Ackerman was a fan in the 1930s and ’40s from Baltimore, MD, and a member of the Baltimore SFL. He was a charter member of The National Fantasy Fan Federation in 1941, and created the Scientifiction Association for Boys in 1944. He published the fanzine Imagi-Music. He was a cousin of Forrest J Ackerman’s.

He was also a pro author and published stories and poems in the pulp magazines of the 1930s-1940s: Planet Stories ("South to Propontis"), Super Science Stories ("Europa Enchantment"), Future Fantasy and Science Fiction ("Fanatics of Mercury"), and Stirring Science Fiction ("Martian Fantasy").

Henry served in the Army during World War II in India.
