Pandora's Books Ltd was a mail-order bookseller specializing in speculative fiction, crime fiction, and other genre fiction, particularly collectible paperbacks. It was founded in 1977 by Grant Thiessen and was initially located in Calgary, AB and starting in 1979, in Altona, MB. (Pandora's shipped much of its stock from North Dakota to better serve the large US market.) Thiessen sold Pandora's in 1998. It closed in 2020.
