PgHLANGE II was a convention held July 17-19, 1970 at the Chatham Center Motor Inn in Pittsburgh, PA. The GoH was Harlan Ellison. (Robert Silverberg was "GoH Emeritus".)
The PgHLANGE 7 program book had an amusing note for each previous convention. For #2 it was "Record attendance. The hotel is shared with a construction worker con. The Silver Wrench Award is witnessed. The mysteriously disappearing telephone disappears."
