T.A.N.S.T.A.A.F.L. CON was a small convention held February 13–14, 1970, on the campus of SUNY/Binghamton in Vestal, NY. It did not have a formal GoH, but Hal Clement attended and, in effect, served as it. It was chaired by Myron and Joan Rapkin.
