An 8-page apazine published in 1975 by Jack Chalker for FAPA and SAPS. It was subtitled "An informal history of Discon II" and details the planning and feuds and machinations of the bidding which ultimately resulted in Discon II, the 1974 Worldcon. It ends with a promise of a second installment on planning a Worldcon, but this does not appear to have been written.
