Paul Klingbiel, a fan who lived in Milwaukee and Chicago, was a member of the Frontier Society and an editor of its clubzine, Frontier. He attended Chicon (the 1940 Worldcon) and the First Post-Radar-Contact-with-the-Moon Con in 1946.
