Nebula Award Weekend 2009

The 2009 Nebula Awards were held the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront in Cocoa Beach, FL, from May 13–16, 2010. The weekend was chaired by Peggy Rae Sapienza and Steven H Silver.
The weekend had numerous panels and receptions, a mass autographing session, and trip to nearby Cape Canaveral for members to watch the launch of the space shuttle Atlantis on what turned out to be its penultimate mission. David D. Levine was the keynote speaker, talking about his time participating in the Mars Society's desert research station.
The Nebula Awards were presented at a banquet on May 15.

- Kevin O'Donnell Jr. Service Award: Vonda N. McIntyre and Keith Stokes
