Necon 15

Necon 15 was held July 21-23, 1995 at Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI. The GoHs were Jonathan Carroll, Matthew Costello, and Stephen Bissette. The toastmaster was Gahan Wilson, the Roastees were F. Paul Wilson and Matt Costello, the Necon Legend was Alan Ryan, and it was chaired by Jim Anderson.
