William C. Mallardi, an Ohio fan active in the 1960s, was best known as one of the editors (with Bill Bowers) of Double:Bill and the Double:Bill Symposium.

Double:Bill was nominated for the 1965 Best Fanzine Hugo and the 1966 Best Fanzine Hugo.

Mallardi also edited some issues of the N3F's Tightbeam (and was a member of the Welcommittee). He was a member of the North East Ohio Science Fiction Society and published its Neosfs Newsletter. He published The Bem and Eye.
