A short-lived Worldcon bid for the 2006 Worldcon organized by Jason Middleton (who had never attended a Worldcon), and Shirley Soto. Its opposition was KC in 2006 and the winner, LA in 2006 which then ran LAcon IV. See 2006 Worldcon Site Selection
