Smofcon 31

Smofcon 31 was held December 6-8, 2013 at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel in Toronto. It was sponsored by CanSMOFF and chaired by Diane Lacey. The icebreaker was "The Game of Cons: Worldcon Is Coming" and there were 168 members.
