An invitational, fanzine-oriented, "insurgent" spin-off of the Ozark Science Fiction Association in the St. Louis area which was formed in 1966. Meetings were hosted every Saturday night by Ray Fisher. It lasted until around 1970 when in the aftermath of St. Louiscon, St Louis fandom started to disintegrate.

Members included Bob Schoenfeld, Ray Fisher, Joyce Fisher, Dave Hall, Sue Richardson, Pam Janisch, and Ron Whittington.
