Number 1 Fan Personality Hugo

The #1 Fan Personality Hugo category was a one-time category, awarded only in 1953 at Philcon II, the first year the Hugos were awarded. A similar category was awarded in 1958, Outstanding Actifan, and thereafter nothing like either category was ever awarded again.
