(???? -- )

Hyman Tiger was an early Queens, New York SF fan and member of the Queens SFL. He attended Nycon, Boskone I, and Philcon. He was one of the charter members of The National Fantasy Fan Federation (N3F) in 1941.

Harry Warner, Jr. reported in his All Our Yesterdays (Advent, 1969) that Tiger could bend a silver dollar in half, using only one hand.

In his early history of fandom, The Immortal Storm, Moskowitz commented on Tiger's extensive knowledge of SF.

Tiger was the subject of a founding member article by Jon D. Swartz in the May, 2018 issue (Volume 77, Number 5) of The National Fantasy Fan.
