Boris Parker was a UK fan likely from Leicester briefly and slightly active in the 1940s. He was also one of the six attendees of the Midventionette in 1944 although R. Rowland Johnson described him as a 'semi-slan' so presumably he was at best a fringe fan. He doesn't seem to be mentioned elsewhere.
