Craig VanGrasstek (formerly Van Grasstek) was a Minneapolis fan active in the 1970s. He was an active member of Minn-Stf and belonged to Minneapa. He went to Discon 2, the 1974 Worldcon. He apparently gafiated soon afterward.

VanGrasstek received a doctorate in politics from Princeton University (1997), an M.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University (1983), and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Minnesota (1981). He is now a well-known expert in trade policy.
