Lester Boutillier is a fan who contributed to the fanzine Starling in 1976. He was a member of PHAPA and a member of the New Orleans in '82 Worldcon bid committee.
He is remembered by some as the hapless fan dressed as Good Ol' Charlie Brown in the St. Louiscon costume competition who fell through the large screen behind the stage and set off one of the convention's crises. (Others remember it as Rick Norwood.)
