Discussion Groups

A discussion group is less formal than a panel, and often consists of one person scheduled to lead it and whoever shows up. At many conventions, anyone can set up a discussion group merely by signing up. The convention will sometimes provide space and publicize it.
Also sometimes known as a SIG or birds of a feather session.
