Western Zone

A zone defined in the old rotation plan, but now used only for elections to the Mark Protection Committee, consisting of: Baja California, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Saskatchewan, and all states, provinces, and territories westward including Hawaii, Alaska, the Yukon, and the Northwest Territories.
