CopperCon 3 was a convention held September 9-11, 1983 at the Phoenix Hilton in Phoenix, AZ. GoHs: Author: Theodore Sturgeon, Fan: Alice Williams. The toastmaster was G. Harry Stine and it was chaired by Cliff Baird.
