Connie Faddis was a SF fan who was a contributor to many fanzines, doing illustrations and cover art for many , including Broken Images. She was a member of the Western Pennsylvania SF Association. She was also active in many aspects of Star Trek and K/S fandom.
She was active in fandom from 1968 until the early 1990s.
